Why did the Analog stop, but digital work, after replacing the battery in my watch?

Model:mdc74567w style:c311 battery:cr2025 I haven't worn the watch in several years because of a job, so when i got it back out i had to replace the battery. The analog never started back up, but the digital works fine.

SOURCE: analog clock not in sync with digital clock

This problem may be due to your analog hands being improperly zeroed. To find out, try this: 1. Put the watch in chronograph mode by rotating the crowon in its normal position to "chr" 2. Pull out the crown two clicks. This should cause all of the hands to point to zero. If you do this and your minute hand points to 1 o'clock, or five minutes, you will know that this is the problem. If this is the problem, you can can correct it by zeroing the hands as follows: 1. Put the watch in chronograph mode by rotating the crowon in its normal position to "chr" 2. Pull out the crown two clicks. This should cause all of the hands to point to zero, or close to it. You should also notice the letters "HR" in the lefthand digital display. This allows you to move the hour hand by rotating the crown. If the hour hand is not pointing at 12 o'clock, rotate it so that it does. 3. Push the top button once. The letters "MIN" should appear in the lefthand digital display. This allows you to move the minute hand on the large dial, and the minute and hour hands on the small UTC dial. Rotate the crown so that the minute hand points directly to 12 o'clock. 4. Push the top button again. The letters "SEC" should appear in the lefthand digital display. Rotate the crown to point the second hand directly at 12 o'clock. 5. Push the crown back into its normal position. Set the digiatl time and date in your tie zone, and your analog hands should match the digital read-out. If the zeroing of the hands is not the problem, I don't know what is wrong with the watch.

SOURCE: Getting analog part of Mossimo watch to start

FIXED!!!

As it turned out these Mossimo ANA/DIGI watches use two different batteries, one for the digital part (big) and other for the analog mechanism (small).

Have the watch serviced to change the second battery and VOILA!!!!

Enjoy!

SOURCE: watch goes slow when wearing

There is nothing wrong with your watch. Probably it's the one measuring heart rate and pulse (heart beats per second).
Use your users manual to set the watch.
By the way: Timex is one of the worst watch producers.

SOURCE: hi the digital background on my fossil watch isn't

There is another battery in your watch. One for movement, another for background. You have to replace background battery.

I am attempting to put new batteries (CR2025 and SR6265SW) in my Stauer Colossus Hybrid. I need a diagram to reassemble the watch. Is an internal assemble of the watch available?

I bet the batteries cost you more than 10 bucks. My advice is always have batteries replaced by a local jeweler. Cost $8 to $15 and is done whilst you wait.

How to change the batteries is not available online. Sometimes there are videos. You could ask the maker direct though.

Hour, minute and second hands don't work, why?

Yes, there are two batteries in the 19093 (Compendium Hybrid). The first battery (CR2025) is visible as soon as you remove the back cover plate. The CR2025 controls the digital half of the watch and the back light. The second battery is underneath the circuit board that the CR2025 is connected to. There are 6 small screws that will need to be removed to lift the circuit board and gain access to the second battery. The second battery is an SR626SW.

My husband bought a watch at Walmart - MDC74567W A126 - he threw out the information and it had no names attached that we could find. The alarm goes off every day and we cannot figure out how to turn

Take it to the Walmart store and ask the associate ate the counter to explain to you how to turn off the alarm. Or ask to see the manual.

Brand new watch but loses time. Why

You haven't said what kind or what brand of watch you have. If it is a quartz or battery watch, it may need a new battery. Watches often sit on the shelf for long enough periods the battery may be going dead. If it is a windup style, are you winding it all the way up? If it is an automatic winding watch, Have you worn the watch subtantially long enough to get it wound? If it is a kinetic, have you worn it long enough to charge the battery fully? If it is an Eco Drive have you subjected it light long enough to charge the battery? Have you called the store?

I recently bought a Mossimo watch with the analog and digital faces and the analog runs like ****. It keeps stopping and losing minutes. Like won't go accurate for more than an hour. Worse if it's being...

Quite often the battery can be the cause. But note that on some ana/digi watches there will be two batteries. The battery for the analog is usually buried quite deep in the watch and may be best for an expert to replace this. That expert will be able to test the battery first. If the battery is still good then I would suspect that the movement is faulty and may need replacing (although sometimes a bit of de-greaser expertly administered can solve the issue). Good luck.

The hour & minute hands on my pulsar nx14-x001 do not move. the second hand quivers, but also does not move. the digital time and other functions are okay. HELP!

Without knowing the model of the watch i would say you need a new battery. It is typical for this style of watch to have two batteries or one lithium battery. In either case the analog movement will drain faster than the digital portion of the watch and will stop working first.
