I just bought a new Sony STR-DH510 reciever, I connected a sub woofer and 2 surround sound speakers to it and it worked perfectly. The next day I go to turn it on and it will turn on for about 30 seconds...


Problem is in the amplifier output stage...there is probably a shorted component...the short could have come from a bad speaker..or the speaker wires getting touched together while it was on...you could return to store if it is new and get a new one...maybe it was a return and accidentally got put back into stock

As i increas the volume the reciever says overload and shuts down the amplifier, i can then either lower the volume all the way down wait several seconds before the audio comes back or just shut down the...

It sounds like either your speakers are too large for the receiver to power, or the way that the speakers are hooked up is incorrect. I would need some more information to be able to better determine where the issue is.

I can not transmit.


i had this problem with mine that i just got a month ago. i called garmin, they said send it in or return it and get a new one. I returned and got a new one today and it sends and receives perfectly. You need a new one.

Sounds like a faulty microphone. You could try using a hands-free adapter and see if that works. Otherwise, I suggest returning the phone to the dealer for repair.
