Will not print from my computer, i got this today, dell C1765 nfw color MFP.

First you need to install the driver for that particular printer. If you don't have the original disk with the driver, do a Google search for "your printer" driver. Then select the new printer as your default in your "printers" in control panel.

I am printing a collage of photos on cardstock (for a calendar) using an Epsom Artisan 810. White vertical lines appear evenly spaced along the landscape format. My wife says it is due to the poor...

When you print photos, in Preferences you have to set up the quality of the print to either Best or Photo whichever is the highest one in the list. Hopefully this will increase the quality of the printing, although this is not a photo printer. And you are correct, it's a printer problem.

When i use card stock it acts like a paper jam, with a little help it prints fine

Make sure that you are setting the proper paper type before printing any paper other than "plain" by going into the printer's "properties/preferences". If it's thick paper, choose "thick" or "heavy" or "cardstock" in the drop-down arrow.

Unless, of course, your printer doesn't accept cardstock at all, then you're out of luck.

Hope this helps. :)

How to prink on cardstock on Ricoh Aficio CL2000N

To print on cardstock:

- Load the cardstock paper in the paper tray and make sure the fences are snug but not too tight.
- Press Menu.
- Scroll down to find Paper Input and select it.
- Select Paper Type.
- Select Tray 1.
- Scroll to find "cardstock" on the list and select it.

You'll also have to set your print driver for cardstock or auto select, because if the print driver shows plain paper and the printer shows cardstock paper, you'll get a mismatch error.

Paper Jam when printing on cardstock 2nd run Dell 5110cn

You were using this prevoiously; I mean previously it was fine. now you have problem.

Because usually this may not be the problem with a printer. This is a problem of paper. You may use duplexing if it allows you.
