Question about Computers & Internet
Arrow jumps around ,letters get mixed up ,bad function.
Try going to Control Panel and look for a touchpad icon. Failing that, there might be one for "input devices". Once there you should be able to disable the touchpad and activate a mouse.

SOURCE: sensitive touch pad
Hi, click on start and control panel. go to mouse properties. Try to look for a tab that says either touch or touchpad. you can change the sensitivity settings there. however if this doesnt work, this could only mean that this is a physical problem with the toucpad. try to apply pressure on the outer side of the touchpad. if it moves, you're gonna need a replacement palmrest.

Unless it is a hardware fault open the control panel>system>mice and uninstall the touchpad. Then rebott. It should solve the problem.
