For most digital and analog watches the manufacturer has a reference page that you can go to. Try this first,if not you can type in your make and model on web. Citizen makes this version and they vary somewhat from manufacturer to another. The web search should help you out.

The problem, as I have just discovered, is that when you go to the Citizen watch website listed above, you will get no help at all for the caliber 3100, "No document found..."

That should help. I think you have a perpetual calendar watch. Not the easiest to set, but their site makes it much easier!
