Why does my evotel elcd40usbfhd screen only half work??????

My evotel elcd40usbfhd television has only half the screen working the other half just stays black!!!!!! It's so frustrating please tell me I can fix this, as I have only just finished paying for the bloody thing!!!!

It could be a T-Con failure. There's a loss of part of the signal between the board and the display. A few components could be the culprit. Do the usual turn it off unplug for a while Ect, and see if you can update the firmware and software. Try [email protected]
