Question about Dometic RM2652 Refrigerator
The unit just stopped working like there is no power to it. I have checked the power cord (even plugged into a different outlet that I know is good). The fuses at the back of the unit appear to be good. The fuses/breakers in the RV all appear to be good (not labeled correctly so I have tried them all).. It wont switch over to Gas (never has tho that is no doubt a completely separate issue). Everything else in the RV works fine with the exception of the furnace (may or may not be related? as the furnace stopped working at/about the same time). The fridge stopped working once before and was left for about a week and just randomly started to work again. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is a factory recall on these refrigerators. Call Dometic 1800-544-4881 and give them your serial number and model number. Going through the same thing right now. On my Fleetwood Gearbox. Hope that helps. Robert

tap on the gas valve with a wrench, not too hard but not too light about 10 times, the valve is probably sticky from not being used,re-light and see what happens.

There is a fuse at the back of the fridge located near the compressor. You've done quite a bit of checking, so rathe than try to get into stuff, here's some quick info and a link to the manual for your fridge, which should help.
The control switches have to be set a specific way depending on what source is being used and the thermostat turned on when using AC power. Check item #3 Operating Instructions on Page 6 and the control panel switches on Page 9.
Here's the manual for your model, save a copy and print it out and take some time to review the section #3 Operating Instructions on page 6.
Possibly the installation instructions will assist in determining how it was installed in your RV, but usually the installers build around stuff, so you might have to remove some trim in order to get the fridge out, etc.
Hope you find this helpful and will you resolve your issue.
