Question about Computers & Internet
Dus Ebay deliver to Aruba, the Dutch Caribbean. My brother is trying to order something and they are saying does not deliver items to Aruba.
EBay doesn't deliver anything. eBay provides a place for people to sell and deliver things. So, it all depends on the particular vendor and whether or not they understand local trade laws. MOST eBay vendors, if they have a brain, DO NOT ship outside their country because their business can be bankrupted if they get sued for violating local laws. For instance, in Italy you can't legally sell anything without including specific text. Small "mom and pop" eBay vendors usually can't afford to hire lawyers in every country they hope to sell in.
I BELIEVE IF YOU CAN'T MAKE MONEY ON EBAY SELLING IN AMERICA - DONT BOTHER TRYING TO SELL ANYWHERE ELSE.
That is my opinion.

first, try to clear the cache and cookies of your browser. use this link to know how to clear cache and cookies:
then reboot your computer
if this will not help, try to use another browser or use another computer to check if this is a problem in your computer or a site issue that eBay needs to fix. if using another browser or computer didn't help, it is best to contact eBay technical support so that they can check and fix your account.

there just might be a temporary dns routing issue that sometimes happens between destinations.if u are using a PC, click Start button, select Run, then type "cmd" without the quotes. once your in the black screen type "tracert ebay.au" to see if there's a breakdown in routing between you and the ebay.au site. if there is u should see timeouts. this could just be a temporary thing but check with your ISP if that's the case.

The best way to speak with an eBay representative is to call them.
You can find the customer service phone number by clicking onto "customer Support" at the top right hand side of any page.
Then click onto the button that says "contact us" on the right hand side, about 1/3 of the way down the page. You will see 3 options, "buying" "selling" and "account"
Choose the one that pertains to your question. You will be given a drop-down menu, then you can choose the subject that pertains to your question. You will then see, about 2/3 down on the right hand side "Connect with an eBay agent" Click onto the words "call us" You will be given the toll-free phone number, and also a PIN number that you will need to enter when you call.
Icidentally, I have found eBay to be much more helpful now than they used to be. Good luck!

SOURCE: cannot access my ebay account
First, try to remember your log in information. If you forgot your user id or password then you can use the forgot password/user id link. If you are prompted with the account info questions you just need to answer 2 of those to get the reset password.
If the above steps will not work then you need to contact eBay thru the customer support link on the upper right and choose account security. There are 3 possible reasons why you are unable to access your account.
1. if your account's been compromised, you will need to talk to eBay's account security team. they will ask you several questions to verify your identity.
2. if you or someone else requested the closure of your account. Most of the time your account's termination will be pending but once 180 days passed then your account will be permanently be deleted. If it's already deleted then you will not be able to use it anymore, you will need to create a new account.
If it's only pending termination then you will just need to talk to general support, they will just reinstate your account and send you a password reset link.
3. If you didn't use your account for a long time, usually a year or more. eBay suspends inactive accounts, reason is that they are preventing others to access and use your account. You will need to talk to general support about it so that they can reinstate your account.
Hope this explains it. Better yet, try to clear the saved password in your browser for eBay and clear the cache and cookies of your computer. You may also try to use another browser.
Thanks for using Fixya!
