SOURCE: I have a Pentair Minimax NT 250k electronic

I would say the problem is the thermistor. The board will light up, the SW switch is green, but you get a display that flashes dashed lines and then what looks like 888. That is a start up code. The thermistor is located on the side where the water enters the heater. There are two screws at the top of the side panel. Undo the screws and lift the panel off. The thermistor is a probe with 2 small wires coming out and lead to the control panel. It is a very simple fix and is usually the problem if you have not experienced any other issues. The part runs between 30 and 45 dollars. Most pool stores would carry this.
thanks let me know if that fixed the problem

Speedo steve

Pull any speedometer error codes:

1- Turn Ignition switch to OFF & Run/Stop switch is to Run.
2- Push odometer reset button in & hold.
3- Turn ignition switch to Ignition and release odometer reset button. Background lighting should illuminate, speedometer needle should sweep its full range and indicator lamps (battery, security, low fuel, check engine and cruise) should illuminate. The word "diag" should then appear.
4 - Push the odometer reset button once and you will see the selection menu "PSSPt" with the first P flashing.
5 - Each letter represents an area of the diagnostics module. The module that is flashing is the one you are going to check. To move from one letter (module) to the next, you push the odometer reset button one time. (from P to S to SP to t and back to P, etc.)
P = ECM/ICM (Electronic Control Module [EFI] / Ignition Control Module [Carbureted)
S = TSM/TSSM (Turn Signal/ Turn Signal Security Module)
SP = speedometer
T = tachometer
6 - To get the DTC within an area of diagnostics, push and hold the odometer reset button in for 5 seconds and release. If there are any DTC's the code will be displayed or the word "none" will appear if there are no DTC's. Push the odometer reset button again to view additional codes if they exist.
7 - Record the codes.
8 - If DTC's are not to be cleared, Press and release the odometer reset button. Part number of module will be displayed.
NOTE: To determine if a code is current or historic, clear the displayed code by pushing in and holding the odometer reset button ( longer than 5 seconds) until 'clear' comes up. Release the odometer reset button. Turn OFF the ignition switch. Run your bike and shut it down then recheck the DTC's again by repeating steps 1 to 9. If the code is current it will reappear.
9 - Press and release the odometer reset button to continue to the next module.
10 - Turn Ignition switch to OFF.
On models not equipped with a tachometer "No Rsp" will appear when the tachometer identifier is selected.
"No Rsp" will also appear if the run/off switch is in the off position when doing this procedure.

Now, once you have the error codes, what do they mean?

Won't finish the wash cycle and flashes the code F 02

This code means that the machine is not evacuating its water.

F/02 Long Drain
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
  • Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
  • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
  • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
  • If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

I had the same problem, but when you change the PCB the chip has to be reset regardles of the elevation so it can communicate properly. The rest is easy, Find the DIP Switch located on the top left side of the PCB set switch #1 & #2 to the ON position push and hold the adjustment buttom till the display changes from flashing to illuminating the reset the DIP switch #1 & #2 to the OFF position and you are ready to go.

I have a Funai HDR-B2735 dvd/video cassette recorder with HDD. When turning the machine on, it automatically switches off with the screen displaying the message "System error 02/56" before going...

Exact same symptom as above, little flashing "W" on standby, error code 02-56 on switching the unit on, promptly turns itself off. It would help no end if Funai would publish a little bit more info about these error codes on their site, or have a forum somewhere. Gona try a factory reset and a replacement HDD, dont know if i could replace it with a new one or not. any ideas or experience with these errors would be greatly appreciated!
