A lot of times the manufacturer limits the upgradability of their systems so that if you want more you will have to buy a newer system that has more in it than what you have now.

There is no URL for internet options. Press the Alt key, Select tools from the menu, then internet options.
If your talking about settings for your router, then it is 192.168.1.1
