SOURCE: test bosch heating element
remove the kick plate at bottom of dishwasher, at the left leg there will be a wiring diagram. remove console and test element from there. diagram will show which wires to test

Hi. this will occur when the timer control or control board has experienced a major fault within the circuitry. in most cases, the actual timer mechanism will fail. this will stop the forward advancement of the wash cycle.
Total replacement of the timer control module or control board will fix this issue.

yes the problem from the heater.
if the sound coming from boiler heater means
1)scaling on the boiler tank(tank to be cleaned).
2)check any loose connection on the heater wire.
