Mower will start fine when I engage the blades it will mow for a short time then the mower wants to stall and will if I don't disengage the blades

Are the blades turning freely when disengaged. Is it possible something is interfering and binding them somewhat (for example, if the mower picked up some rope and it wrapped around the shaft to the blades)?

My mower will die everytime i engage the blades to mow

Check to see if one of your deck spindles isn't seized. Disengage the blades and turn each blade to see if its free. Sounds like either a spindle is seized or your electric clutch on the motor has a problem.

Disengaging blades when mowing completed

the cam plate that the tensioner pulley is mounted on that rotates back around to tighten the belt as the cable or rod is engaged is likely rusted and worn, there is a bushing in this pivot that can be removed and cleaned fairly easily with a abrasive wheel or pad and lubricated upon reassembly.

When I finish mowing yard I disengage mower blades but they keep on turning why

If this mower has a manual lever that has to be pushed up in order to engage the blades then check the tension pulley that connects to the lever cable on the top of the deck,it probably need to be lubricated or cleaned in order to move freely back to the normal position.
