Half screen

Sounds like a faulty screen, has the laptop been dropped or physically damaged? can you only see half of the screen? if the other half is black and one half "fuzzy" it's most likely that the liquid crystal display has been cracked/broken. The only way to resolve this problem is usually by replacing the screen which in some cases can be as expensive as a new computer :(

Screen does not display complete numbers

Half of the display is only working, the problem is in the driver ic that drives the display, it is simply not cost effective to repair the item, further ahead to replace the calculator.

I would check the drain **** in side the tank for damage, you would need to drain the tank and then remove the fuel **** from bottom of tank. There you will find a tube and most likely a screen inspect these parts for damage. You may also find that the tube is too long in such case you may need to trim off to about 1/2 inch from bottom of tank.

Dropped my phone, half white/half black screen.

Repairing the damage to your phone cannot be performed 'at home'. You'll need to take (or send) it to a repair center to determine the amount of damage it has sustained and the exact parts that will be needed to fix it properly.

If you have insurance on your phone with your cellular provider you can have it replaced -as cell phones being dropped are covered by most insurance policies.

Take the phone to one of your cellular providers Retail Stores that has on-site tech support and repair. They will be able to perform a more accurate assessment of the damage and cost to repair it.

It's most likely a broken LCD. You can use a ipod repair guide that will show you how to replace the screen step by step, or you can go to the ipod repair nyc.

My screen is blank. it will take a pictue but say no image detected.

OK, I FOUND ONE SOLUTION FOR YOU. I LOCATED A USED LCD, IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ON EBAY FOR $16.50. IT IS ITEM # 290273128417 FROM DIGITAL CAMERA PARTS. THE PART IS A SIMPLE PLUG IN TYPE REPAIR, USER REPLACEABLE. I DID NOT FIND ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM. I ALSO DID NOT FIND ANY OTHER CASES OTHER THAN ONES WHERE THE CAMERA HAD BEEN DROPPED. THE REPLACEMENT PART SEEMS TO BE THE CHEAPEST WAY TO GO AND IS A LOT CHEAPER THAN SENDING YOUR CAMERA TO A REPAIR SHOP. THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE CLOSER TO $100.00. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO VIEW THIS ITEM AND CONTACT THE SELLER BY GOING TO EBAY AND ENTERING THE ITEM NUMBER AND IT SHOULD SHOW THE PART AND THE SELLER INFO.
