Here is how to set call forwarding for all incoming calls:
1. Pick up the handset
2. Dial *7102 XXXXXXXX #
3. You will hear a tone. Close the handset
XXXXXXXX is the cellphone number

I hope this will help.

I am trying to forward my calls to my cell phone from my vtech dect 6.0 phone, how do I do that

That forward-to-another-number would usually be a function of the telephone company or service provider -- BUT the Vtech DS6522 and a similar AT&T phone do include a Bluetooth connectivity with an associated cellphone wherein the cellphone is the "service provider" and the Vtech handsets are "extensions" from the cellphone, a complicated scenario. See your model's manual ( it is available at www.manualslib.com ) and/or perhaps talk to your phone company. Good luck!

Please be aware that many of the features actually belong to the PBX system the phone is connected to. If you require the manual for that system, please tell us the model.

My co-worker's voicemail doesn't pick-up until it rings 12 times. how do we change it?

From his phone, on the intercom, dial *71324 You'll hear a tone and that makes his phone ring 4 times (24 seconds) and forward.

How do I toggle between day & night mode on the KXDT343

Toggle? What happens when you dial *7800 *7801 and *7802 from extension 101?

If you're manual switching, 7800 and 01 may "sort of" do the same thing. It's designed to drop the system back into the former mode waiting for the clock. 1 should be day absolute and 2 night.

Why can't I turn off the FWD/DND flashing light?

It will flash for 2 reasons. The phone is in Do Not Disturb, The phone is forwarded and the lazy installer didn't change the button indication to solid.

What happens when you press the FWD/DND button on an idle phone? In most systems, it's supposed to toggle between FWD DND and OFF after you press it more than once. If that doesn't work, try pressing FWD STORE 0 STORE. That should turn off FWD/DND and unset it.

However, here's the problem. Your phone may have CF-condition set to send busy and unanswered calls to voice mail. We do that so the individual extension can set his own transfer to VM time. Those commands start with *710x and the VM extension which is 500 by default. For example dialing *7104 500 on the intercom will set CF-NA to the voicemail port on a TDA/TDE system equipped with a Panasonic Voice mail system. When that happens, the FWD/DND light goes either red or blinks red and the forward condition is set.

You can review the operations in the OM for your system under Call Forward and Do Not Disturb.

We've just had new Panasonic KXDT343 phones installed and the individual extensions do not light up when incoming calls are received. How to fix this? When on the other side of the office I have no way of...

Programming. An out of the box TDA system has only one phone programmed to ring, extension 101. The rest have to be put into ICD groups to "flash" or ring when a call comes in. That should have been done by the installer.

HOW DO I FORWARD MY CALLS FROM MY UNIDEN HANDET 2.4 GHZ TO MY CELLPHONE? TMOBILE SERVICE???

I am assuming your uniden handset is a land line? Call your telephone company and make sure that you have the feature to forward calls. To activate call forwarding after you have set it up with your carrier it is typically *72 then enter the 10 digit number you are forwarding to, to deactivate *73. Good Luck.
