Question about Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Smartphone
The problem seems to be of a software glitch n can be solved by doing a hard reset... Thing to note here is that the data on the phone... pictures, music, videos, phonebook, messages & settings will be reset to factory defaults so better take a back up of everything important u dont want to lose
Procedure for a hard reset
Switch off ur phone.
Press and hold GREEN + RED + CAMERA when powering up.
Keep them pressed till completely booted up... the phone should be reset with the code 12345.
