Question about Acer Computer Aspire AM3800-U3802A Desktop PC
I had started reinstalling the PC to factory setting and it hung up at services being loaded can not do anything. To get off I turn off the power. If I turn the PC on ,it goes back to where it was hung up.

You will need to get a factory Microsoft disc to do a format on the partition. Most likely the hard drive has a bad sector. If you use another disk to reload the operating system make sure you have your Microsoft key ready. When you finish loading it the OS knows the key doesnt match the DVD. It will prompt you to call Microsoft for authentication. As long as your key is good Microsoft will authenticate your load. This is only true for Windows Vista or later operating systems. You will get no support for XP. If you have to talk to an actual support person just tell them your hard drive went bad and you had to use another disc for your key. Which is the truth they will get you going FREE at that point.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I want to restore my
To be honest, unless when you got the pc it came with an instruction manual and had the code in there, you will have to contact Acer support to get the code.
I once had a Acer Aspire 3680 and i had the same problem, so i called Acer support and they had the password so i could reinstal the operating system.
Here is there contact page:

upgrade the video..if its "on board" which is to say it is integrated onto the man board, you might still be able to purchase an expansion video card if you have the available slot for it. Be aware there are different kinds of slots(and corresponding cards)AGP,PCI,PCI-e so be sure you get the right one
Don't forget to rate the advice!

If you have recovery disc or back up disc put it in and restart the PC and start tapping the F12 key until at the Acer splash screen, you should get now see your boot order, now use your up and down cursor key to highlight the CD/DVD drive and then press enter, this will now start the recovery disc that you put in, just follow the on-screen instructions.
If you don't have a disc, restart the PC and at the Acer splash screen start tapping the ALT+F10 or just F10 and if you have a recovery partition on your hardrive then the recovery program will start up, just follow the on-screen instructions.

The error your getting means leaking memory,, replace the rams and it will complete restore..
