SOURCE: coleman rv rooftop unit, fan runs in on but in auto nothing works

R = HOT 12V
W= WHT- GND
Y = YELLOW / POSSIBLE THERMOSTAT
G= GRND FOR THERMOSTAT
f = FAN
F=FAN
aSSUMING THIS IS A TWLVE VOLT SYTEM- The two f's Would be fan control intake and exhaust - fan direction
White is always ground and so is green.. green is more of a static ground where white is a load grnd.
Red is always hot. in low voltage

I hope this helped. No instructions in kit?

Ac works fine when fan is on low but fan cuts off after a couple of minutes on high

Bad fan motor. Multi-speed motors have a set of windings for each speed. Your high speed is bad so the only solution is to replace the complete motor. When motors are going bad they will over heat and kick out on the heat safety. As it cools back down it will start again for a short time again until it gets hot again.

No fan when ac kicks on Ihave a eb15b funace with a coleman ac

The heat will normally use a low speed on the fan, & the AC along with the fan switch on the thermostat will use the high speed. The thermostat turns that high speed on when there is a call for cooling & is the same switch if you were to manually turn the fan from auto to on. Try turning the fan on @ the thermostat. If it works, then replace your thermostat. If it doesn't, it could be a bad fan speed, a bad fan relay on a control board or external relay, or a loose or broken green thermostat wire.

Fan won't blow on ac, but works on furnace

The fans heat speed is low speed and the cool speed is high speed. High speed is controlled by the fan relay normally open switch, the low speed is controlled by the temperature delay or time delay.

We have a coleman evcon furnace. The furnace runs constantly. It'll get to the temperature but then the fan doesn't quit and it only blows out cool air the the reset switch pops up and needs to be be...

It sounds as if your furnace is exceeding the limit tempperature of the manual reset switch. The coleman is designed for the fan to continually run when this limit switch is tripped in order to keep the heat exchanger cool.( it is a safety feature) afew things may be happening.
1. the manual limit switch( the one you have to push) may be defective.
2. The fan may be running at too low of a speed. Turn power off at circuit breaker. locate circuit board on the board there will be one terminal that says heat if the red wire from the blower is on it tthen you may need to up the speed. follow the wires from the blower to the board if it has multiple speeds then you can isolate the red and put the blue or orange on the heat terminal.
3. the board may have an adjustable fan on and fan off pin selector if it is set up to come on to long or go off to soon it may not be controlling the temp of the heat exchanger properly.
4. I would also suggest checking to see if the orifices and gas valve are set up for your sytem correctly.
these are just simple ideas let me know how things go.

These unit are set up for continuous fan operation when turned on. It does not have an automatic position on your thermostat such as in your house. Set the fan speed to what you are comfortable with and let the thermostat control the temperature.

Have a coleman 5640 heating/cooling unit and the motor won't run unless just a tiny amount of pressure added?? Any suggestions?

Yes, to change from heat to cool is done by reversing the power plug that is close to the housing. Matching the blue on the plug(as I recall) makes it cool. The red to blue makes it a heater. If it is currently heating, the unit works fine, it just needs the polarity reversed.
Good luck,
Glenn
