A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Have you tried putting the phone back in to pairing mode? To do this press and hold the call control button while the power to the headset is off. Then search for the headset with the new phone. When the phone prompts you for the passkey, enter 0000

Testimonial: "Thank you this worked out great. Just continue to hole the call button down until it flashes red and blue. Then it will pair with the new phone or device"
SOURCE: I am trying to pair
have your phone bluettoth enabled and ready to search for devices
Once it finds it simply use 0000 or 1234 as the code when the phone asks you
Hold down the power button on the earpiece uuntill you see flashing lights (either blue/red or blue/green and let go of the power button
Make sure the earpiece is fully charged before doing this as it may fail otherwise.

Try to put it in pairing mode, prior to pairing it with your phone. To do it, begin with it turned off. Then, if it is the first time it is being paired, just by turning it on (i.e. by pressing and holding the call button for some 2 seconds), it should enter the pairing mode. Otherwise, keep holding the call button past the time required to turn it on (for some 8 seconds), until its indicator light is flashing in red and blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Either way within the next 2 minutes, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or passkey, or PIN) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode.
By the way, if its user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Please, let me know if I can help you any further.

Here are some things to try. Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may
become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often.
Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few
seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. The attached user guide for the Plantronics
Explorer 230 (240) on page 7 will show you how to turn off / on the headset (to reset headset)
and then page 4 will walk you through the pairing process. Remember to
remove any lingering bluetooth connections from your phone.
