I want a gf....

lavalife or eharmony might be your best bet at this point

Unless you're married and want a fling, try Ashley Madison.

What this has to do with your webcam I do not know, but good luck to you.

My gf has Sony camera DCR DVD 710E. She bought a tuner avermedia and trying to connect camera as a web cam for internet use. In SplitCome software looks like everything is ok but in skype or other program...

Have you configured skype to use this webcam? If not then do so. Options->Video settings-> specify this webcam to be used as the camera while using skype. And similarly other IMs.
