When ever i go to play my psp or xbox 360 online it will say dns error on the psp and on the xbox that my router is not automatically assigning an ip adress even though its all put on auto. But heres the thing i tried reseting the router and it worked for 2 days before going back to saying the problems above. Please help!
Maybe you havent configured it right, to do that you must set enable your router into dhcp mode to automatically assign an ip address. Configure your router manually (things needed: computer/ laptop, ethernet cable or cat 5 will do), to do that you must first look for your router's ip address look for your manual. After that connect your computer/laptop to your router using ethernet cable, and open internet explorer/firefox and enter your router's ip address. You will be ask for a usernme and password, just enter the default ( common default: username:admin, pasword: leave it blank. note: depends on manufacturer), there you can configure your router manually. Just go to internet setup and you can enable dhcp there. Goodluck, just give it a try. Hope it help.
Perform a factory reset of the router. Locate the reset button on the back of the unit. Hold it in with a paper clip for 15-30 seconds then release. Reboot the router and it will be back to factory default. Log into the device, and check the firmware. Look online to make sure that you have the current version, and update it if you do not.

We have a 3000 sq ft split level house, so range is critical (could we extend range with antennas, access points)?
Stability and reliability are also critical
We use a comcast cable modem
Must support mixed environment - 2 Macs connecting wirelessly, 2 PCs (1 with a wired connection)
We all want to be able to share a printer (which will connect to router with a wired connection)
Network attached storage, media streaming - I'm not worried about these now, looking for basic connectivity. Though would be great if I could grow into this in the future...

Hi there,
First of really thanks for the support you are providing..
let me come to the point now.
We have two juniper SA2000 and right now one of the box is active, so I would like to do the clustering with the second box, i have their SA2000 manual..but which is something very difficult to understand..
anyway i have few queries that
- In which device i have to enter the secondary IP address?
- If it is in the current active device, should i need to create a virtual IP address for the secondary?
- I have already assigned a IP address for the secondary device. is that enough?
- how do i check that the clustering is working properly?
- what are the basic things have to do in the secondary device?
really appreciate if some one could help me.
I have to do this installation ASAP.
Really thanks,
