Question about Siltec GS1 Glass Digital Bathroom Scale 440 x 02 lbs
One is supposed to tap with ones foot on the glass platform to turn it on. This initially worked--for a couple of weeks or so. It was sensitive enough that tapping with my rubber-tipped can next to it worked. But then a much harder tap was required on the platform, and only occasionally would it turn on. I opened the battery compartment, reseated the batteries. It worked briefly with a light tap, but then stopped responding. I would like to exercise the warranty if no fix is found. How do I do that?
