Can't figure out why I can't make the phone answer when any key is pressed rather than answer when you open the **** shell this is most annoying as until you open the phone you can't see who's calling then it's to late when you've answered by opening the ****. I have taken the option which says answer by pressing any key and it says it has saved this but when you have a call after doing this it has gone back to answering when you open it please help? Many Thanks

only just found this out as this was my previous question, but i just started fiddling with my ph. so here's the answer.
press the little c button (top right corner)wait for 5-6 secs then press 9, 180 will show on screen thats the amount of time to say message. to hear it repeat but press 7.

Press message button on back of headset and then press the number 7 on keypad and it should go back on to turn off press the 9 key.

Well, I'm sorry to say that I've spent the last hour trying to find a way for you to reset this to factory & it looks like you can not. I had a hard time believing that (which is why it became an obsession) but, I think you're going to have to ask a neighbor to record a message for you. Actually, that sounds like fun :-)
