Turn the printer off
Hold down # and 6 while turning it on
Keep holding it down until it finishes turning on.
If that doesn't work then do the same thing using # and 5.

Yes...if you remove the jet direct card and your error goes away, be sure it is the jet direct card. If it says 600, or 610 on it, those cards had a lot of problems.

You can buy these rebuilt very resonably.

SOURCE: WHAT DOES FAX ERROR CODE 358 MEAN THANK YOU

  • The remote user pressed the Stop key, causing the session to be terminated.
  • The remote machine encountered a system problem such as no paper or a paper jam. This prevented the fax from receiving any more pages, and caused it to terminate the session prematurely.
  • The call-waiting service can cause this error. The click, heard for an incoming call, is actually a momentary disconnect of the line.
  • The remote machine encountered an incompatible feature causing it to terminate the session.

How do I fix a printer HP 4620 wireless that is not copying but can print from iPad or iPhone. The screen shows Now printing page 1 indefinitely. Thank you for your help.

H/P's are loaded with software glitches and driver short comings. You may need to remove the power cord for 2 minutes and then power up from scratch. After you do that power down your mobile devices as well. I mean completely shut them down so they need to reboot for a minute when they are turned back on. Do the printer first. This will cold boot your printer and make it available for fresh initialization. The mobile devices will update drivers if available. Good luck. And no it is not the same as turning the on/off button off and on.

First connect it via USB to a computer and set it up so it works over the cable.

Then re-install it to be wireless, putting in the router requirements.

Then under instructions unplug the router.

It should then be set up to run wirelessly.

HP Officejet g85 All-in-One error

Power on the printer, wait around 15 seconds until the bulb assembly moves a bit to the left and the light goes on, then immediately power off.

Repeat the process around 15 times (or more) until the assembly has moved all the way to the left of the glass, and is located directly beneath the small glass on the left.

Remove the single screw that holds down the small glass.

Carefully remove the grey frame around the small glass.

Carefully remove the small glass.

Using a dry Q-tip, carefully insert it into the slot (to the left of the bulb) and clean the mirror. I found mine was coated with a layer of film, as if grease had accumulated over time.

Put everything back together.

Turn on the printer.
