Remove the battery and see if the system comes on, however unplug the power first and then remove the battery, let it set of 1 min and then plug in the power and try to see if it comes on, and you might also want to check and or replace the memory card (ram) and see if that makes it start up as well. sounds more like a mother board problem, but give that a try and see of those two tricks help you. good luck and it's been a pleasure to serve you.
