make sure filter is clean, and that exhuast hose is not kinked , not allowing flow, , also door switch may be bad, or timer is defective

Hi, I am not able to open the door of my Whirlpool washer dryer AWZ 5140 E after it finishes the cycle. It shows up E13 with ticking noise. There is no water left at this stage and I am able to open the...


E13 is a dispenser error the appliance diagnostic believes the appliance is full of water so won't release the lock first thing to try is the drain filter bottom right hand corner at the front unscrew it clean and refit just be prepared it's likely u will get some water out it when u remove it.

Whirlpool awz 475 washer/dryer combo, clothes will not dry. I have even used manual mode for drying, with no success.
