Changing the clock/internal time

The clock settings should be set to Auto so that the clock is set by the broadcasted signal; this will automatically update when the clocks change.

Note that Recording start and end times should be set to On Time to ensure that the broadcaster's start and end signals are used. If either of these are changed, the timing becomes manual, and functions such as Series Record are not available.

How do i program my clock in my 2002 land rover discovery

If If you mean the time clock, just keep pushing the little indentations below the clock with a pin to change the hour and then the minutes :-) If you mean the speedo clock, no can do, reads mileage from ECU and gearbox to prevent tampering with mileage.

I have intermatic timer T30003R. How do I change the timer motor

My understanding is this timer uses typical T100 series 120Volt clock motor.
The motor has identifying numbers printed on it.
T100 series 120V clock motor is available at Grainger:
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Time-Clock-Motor-1PNK1?Pid=search
Selection of Intermatic clock motors are available on-line:
http://www.electricsupplyonline.com/prod/intermatic-motors.php

To replace motor:
Timer mechanism snaps out of box using a thumb-spring located at top of mechanism.
Clock is located on back of mechanism, and is held by 2 star-screws.
You can buy star screwdriver bit at auto parts store or hardware.
Clock motor has two white wires that are connected to terminals on front of timer.
Be sure to tighten terminals screws very tight after replacing clock motor.
