Try this, "Start" "Run" type in "regedit" then ok, in the left field click on the "+" next to "Hkey_Local_Machine" + next to "System" + next to "CurrantControllSet" + next to "Control" + next to "Class" click on " {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} " then in the right field, right click on "Upper filters" click " Delete" then click on "Lower Filters" click "Delete" restart pc. Hope this helps.
