My IBM Netvista 1000MHZ and RAM128 its failing to load windowsxp


You need to check your Bios settings to make sure you haven´t turned on a certain hardware devices that is causing conflicts with I/O settings, try defaulting the Bios settings. you can activate the bios by pressing the F1 or F2 or F10 Or the Delete key when you turn on your computer.

Ibm netvista trying to boot from a non-existant lan system.


With my netvista I was able to get boot options with F12 when powering up. I don't know if this will help you because I was installing a new hard drive. Larry

Network & Speed Problem


I suspect that the network interface card failed, & that's why you get the error message. Try disabling it from the BIOS & see if the error message disappears. If it did, then you have a failing network interface card & need to install anew one.
