Question about Washing Machines
That's usually a clogged pump, Heidi. Chances are a sock or something got sucked into the pump and stopped it. I'm not familiar with your particular model but normally one has to open up the machine to clear the pump. It's not difficult with normal tools but you'll probably need some room to tip the machine. There are instructions (including videos) online to help. Good luck!
