You might have a virus. What you have to do is download an app named avg and scan all your applications. If you have any virus then the app will help you clean it up. Good luck.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How come i can access my gmail on my smart phone, but not on my laptop as google have locked me out?.

When connected to Gmail on your smart phone, set up a secondary email address. This is an email address that Gmail can use when you have a problem with your primary Gmail address.

After setting up the secondary email address, try to connect to your primary Gmail address using your laptop.

After you receive a message that you are locked out, there will be an option for Gmail to send you an "unlock" link in an email to the secondary email address.

Access this email using your laptop and click the link. You will then be able to access your primary Gmail account using the laptop.

How can I get my gmail to work on my apple air

need a little more info. does it just not load your new emails? if it's not loading new incoming emails, check your outbox. i had a similar problem. my gmail app wasn't letting new email come in and it was because i tried to send a big email, which could not get sent. i deleted it from my outbox, but it still wouldn't work. i have an android, but the fix for this is to go to the app manager and clear the cache and clear the data. when i opened it back up, the new mail started coming through. i don't know where you would go to do it on your iphone.

Using gmail causes my internet to freeze. it takes ages (and often needs refreshing) to load and then selecting "compose msg" or opening an email will cause the browser to freeze and then have to be shut...

Try to optimize your browser like deleting your cookies, temp files and folders and history. You may also try to disable some startup items in the system configuration utility window or run sfc/scannow in dos

I stopped getting fullmoon@berkeley.edu 10/24/09 on my gmail account for no reason. Help, this is my work address, I need it badly and don't want to stop using gmail. pepperblackinberkeley@gmail.com

you mean you no longer receive emails coming from that mail adress ? If so, try to add it to your contacts first.
If the problem is to receive all emails coming to that email and sending emails with that account, go to your gmail parameters than "transfer pop and imap" activate both protocols than go to "accounts and importation" and follow instructions to add that adress to your gmail account "send mails as"
Hope it helps

Gmail freezes

Are you by any chance using TrendMicro Internet Security? I had that exact problem and I had to disable the TrendMicro toolbar in my browser in order to get that to stop. For some reason, Gmail does not like being monitored. This may even be true with any other major Security software like Symantec and the rest. Disable the security toolbar and it will not freeze up on you.

If you're not using a security software at all, then please advise what browser you are using. As in: IE 7, IE 8, or Firefox?

Gmail suddenly freezes. Everything else works

Maybe you did not download Chrome directly from Google?
Download the free version of Malwarebytes (Anti-Malware) from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and install it; then run it (takes an hour or more) to see if it can locate and deal with any malware in your computer. Then uninstall Chrome, reboot. Finally go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ and download genuine Chrome again. Install it, run it. Le's hope it works this time!
