Question about Poulan Pro 25CC 2Cycle Gas Blower
The silver cylinder that fell out was the fuel filter. Fashion a thin coat hanger into a small hook and try to fish out the plstic tubing. This is your fuel line. If there is enough to get it just out of the tank, cut the broken end off and press back onto a new fuel filter. You should be able purchase one at hardware store such as Home Depot or Lowes. If the hose is broken too far down inside the tank, you will need to take it to a small engine repair shop. Hope this was helpful

spray carb cleaner in the carb with throttle at full then hold the throttle wide open for three pulls, if it doeasn't start remove air cleaner and put a finger over the carb hole and have an assistant or yourself pull the cord this may clear out the debree blocking the flow of gas otherwise the carb must be removed cleaned and the vacuum diaphram replaced.

the bvm 200 model has a 25cc piston and ring the rings are infamous for getting clogged and baked into theyre seat, this creates a compwesion problem and it will not start, gets fuel spark but without compresion it'll just not run or start,if careful you can remove the piston soak it with ring atached in carb cleaner and get it springy again or replace the ring with a new one it has a 1.353 (34.38)mm bore and a ring thikness of .061 hope this helps

I think that those are suppose to be caps over the screw to discourage inadvertant tinkering with it. That way it is a deliberate act to get to them, if it is what I think it is.

Check that the spark plug is snug. If that is not it, then you should check the tightness of the head bolts. Sometimes they loosen. After that it could be a blown head gasket or a stuck valve.
