Question about Cell Phones
To get your Nokia Lumia 520 work in South Africa, you need to unlock it from Australian network restriction. To unlock the network restriction, you need to enter its unique unlock code. You can get the unlock code for a mobile phone either from the network provider to which the device has been locked to or from any trusted vendor online. For example, you can visit WickedUnlock.com to get the unlock code for your Nokia Lumia 520. You need to specify the mobile make, model, country, network and IMEI number to get the unlock code at affordable cost and free unlocking instructions.

You will probably need to get the phone unlocked for use on any network then you should be able to put a south African sim card in it. Some phone shops/market stalls can do this for a small fee.
