Are you using a cable or sat box. If so your channels are select in that box. If you are using the tuner in the tv go to the menu and do channel search. Make sure you are set to antenna.

How to unlock blocked channnels


Hello

There is a common method to unblock the V-Chip settings of a Panasonic TV. After unlock it, you have to reset the V-Chip settings again.

To reset and clear the v-chip settings. To do this, put it in standby mode, then press the POWER and ACTION buttons at the same time and then turn the power off. The set should reset to the factory defaults, and reset the v-chip

I don't have the original remote to my tv because it was given to me. the tv is locked on a parental code lock and i can't unlock it. i don't now the model.


try this:
With tv powered on, push channel + and action buttons at same time.
While still pushing action button, lift channnel + button and push POWER button until appear The user´s menu on the screen.
Now the tv was reseted at factory values.
To Do tv set up.

After retune all channnels are not in the right order


Retuned about forty times, not all in the right order but being the telly in the bedroom I'll live with it

go into menu select channels and unlock them. or phone JVC tech helpline. better instructions or JVC e-mail them.

Windows go up/down very slowly


buy some Silicone spray from any auto parts store, spray the felt channnels that the windows move up and down in with the spray, soak them good, this will free them up.
