Adding the Yahoo! Toolbar to your favorite Web browser gives you the option to add the Yahoo! translation service Babel Fish to your toolbar for easy access to translation services.
Whether you want to type in a word or phrase to impress your friends or co-workers with a foreign language or you simply need to translate a Web page in an unfamiliar language, enabling the translator on the Yahoo! Toolbar is one of the easiest ways to do so.
Click "Yes, add button" on the next screen.
Click "Done" on the screen that says "Your buttons have been added to the Toolbar on this computer."
A fish icon will appear in the "My Apps" section of the Yahoo! Toolbar at the top of your browser. It is automatically enabled, and clicking the icon will take you to the Babel Fish site where you can type in text to translate or paste the URL of a website you wish to translate.
Visit the Yahoo! Babel Fish website (bablefish.yahoo.com) and click the "Add Babel Fish to your Yahoo! Toolbar" link on the right-hand side.

If you can changed your language to italian, then i think you are in italy. Well, there're a only two ways to change the language, let me help you with the easier method. If you are using the "all new mail", you need to change it to "classic mail" by clicking the "options" on the right corner of the yahoomail page. After that, you'll see the changes with background and the theme. Now, on the left hand side of the "option" there you'll see the "English", click on the "English" to change it to "English". You can refer to the picture below; (here it is "hindi" because I am in india.)
