I don't have much experience with Stihl products but I do have a couple of disc cutters, both of which had a short life and suffered piston damage.

I suspect the air cleaner isn't as efficient as it should be.

Parts for a stihl bg 72 carburetor

Make your own.
Pull carb, use thin paperboard, punch 2 holes for carb mount and place on carb, lightly tap on carb throat to make an outline of where you need to make big hole.
I use steel tubing and punch small holes over a block off wood.
The big hole a a bit tougher to make perfect.

Need to know belt size fo the stihl ts400 concrete cutoff saw

You should go to a Stihl dealer and ask for the belt for a TS 400 Cut Off Saw. The belt is ribbed, you should only put on a Stihl part to replace the belt and make sure the belt is under the correct tension. When you go to the Stihl dealer you can ask them to show you how to make sure the belt is under the correct amount of tension.

I need to rebuild the carburetor on a Stihl Model 025 chainsaw. An exploded view diagram would help.

I don't have a diagram or the part numbers to the minor and major repair kits, but a Stihl dealer should be able to help. Tell him you need a kit for a ZAMA C1Q type carb. The exploded view should be with the kit.

Stihl st410 , after first pull it fires then turn...

Remove the carburetor and open the lower chamber--check the condition of the diaphragm and fuel metering valve--either of which can cause flooding. The diaphragm should be flexible and not cracked or have holes in it. The metering valve point should be in good condition. Go to: for a 12 page article on Walbro brand carburetor theory and troubleshooting. This information applies to nearly all saws even with other brands of carburetor. When you have the carburetor installed, remove the spark plug, open the throttle fully, choke and ignition switch off, then pull the engine through to expel the excess fuel from the engine. Reinstall the plug and attempt to start normally. Hope this helps!

Will run at rough at idle but won't take any fuel

This isn't a 100% solution, but a saw only runs as clean as the air filter, and they get dirty quick. I give my air filters a quick wash about 5-7 times with just soap / water.

If that doesn't do the trick, your probably looking at some kind of carburetor issue.
