Hi there i carnt get miy heater to come on and filter sysyum , bought new pump and curcit board but still same could u help

First make sure that the Pump runs, if water does not flow thru the heater assembly, the heater will not turn on..., else the water would super-heat. If water is flowing thru the heater assembly, check your output from your thermostat if it is working. If not replace thermostat. If it is ok, then check to see if Pressure switch is working by using a meter and see that it is open circuit when the spa is off and a closed circuit when the pumping water. If not, then you may be able to adjust your pressure switch if it has that capability. If not, replace pressure switch. If however, the pressure switch is ok, then you should test the voltage at the heaters element. If there is voltage, then you need a new heater element. If not, then I need a more detailed description of the problem.

Hi. I just bought a house with a pool and Raypak RP2100 heater. The pool company came out and opened the pool and started the heater. It ran for a few days and has quit running completely. the pilot light...

What type of filter do you have: Sand, Earth (DE) or a cartridge? The most likely reason it worked and has since quit is your filter has become dirty enough inside that the flow thru the pump and heater are reduced too low...there is a switch in the heater that senses this and turns the heater off to avoid boiling the water. Cleaning or backwashing the filter should fix the problem. If you have a sand filter or a cartridge filter look at the valve and see if there is a recirculate setting. If so, turn off the pump and change the valve to this setting. Turn everything back on...the heater should start to work. This would verify the filter just needs to be cleaned.

Pool pump shutting down -- heater?


Trying to get the TA correct before you kill the alge? Leslies diagnosis?
You probally just need to kill the alge before you do anything. Nevermind the TA for now and just add about ten gallons of liquid chlorine. The alge untill you kill it will plug the filter constantly. This will give you the code on the heater and will make the pump run very hot and will hurt the plumbing by shrinking it. This will stop water flo by letting air in also it will leak water at the pump discharge.
A lot of liquid will break the alge as it is unstable, but use a lot.Once you kill the most of the alge then add probally another four gallons and now brugh the whole thing real good. now you can start running again and start with all the stuff they will sell you to adjust the PH and TA. Hi there display LCD is damaged Or its disconnect from curcit board . Replace that LCD if damaged.example curcit board image in below.

Heater slow to warm . installed new therostat,controls,water pump


check the hearter control valve in line with the hoses also check to make sure the valve is working and opening if you have HOT! water on both sides of the lines and equal temp your heater core is plugged

air pressure should be no more than 3.5 psi. could be your pressure is too high and is blowing out the flame.
