I change the timing belt in 98 Lexus gs 300 and it ran good. Then I saw an oil leaking behind the camshaft, and I took the timing belt off again to replace the seal and I set the timing back. And now it is...

Double check timing, even when the marks ligned up sometimes lack of belt tension would give the impression of a perfect alignment but when you adjust it goes off.

How so I check timming marks on 1994 lexus es 300

Guessing you need the marks for the timing belt. Below are some pictures that should help. Just a hint, if you are replacing the timing belt, when puching the "plunger" down for the belt tensioner if you use a 10 mmilimeter hex wrentch it works PERFECT to keep the punger down. Hope this was what you needed and I hope it helps....

When does the timing belt need to be replaced on a 2000 GS 300 with 55,000. Is it miles or years?

Most manufactures recommend changing the Timing belt at around 60,000 miles / 100,000 Km or 7 years, whichever comes first. They have been known to last a lot longer than that but it is cheaper to have it replaced than to risk critical and expensive engine damage if it breaks.

Need to service 2001 gs 300 with 140k miles

wait a sec. Are any of these currently giving the vehicle challenges??? No reason to replace water pump until it needs to be replaced. If you have a 100K on the odometer, I would run with plugs/wires/fuel and air filter/ and the serpentine belt compared to the timing.
