If you got this model from USA to India, note that the AC/DC adapter that comes with it will not work in India. This model comes with a 110V/60Hz adapter, whereas in India, it is 220V/50Hz. You can see if you can get an India suitable AC/DC adapter that produces output of 6V/300mA. Unfortunately, a search in amazon or ebay in India did not yield good results for such a adapter. So leave the Motorola phone that comes with Vonage in US itself. It will not work in India.

Contact The point of purchase. The phone should come with a charger. Or you can contact Looking For Help to find a replacement.

Try to plug your phone to other USB port in your PC I will recommend to plug it at the USB port at the back of your CPU. USB supply of power at the back of the CPU is sufficient to make your device function properly so it may be able to detect by the system..mostly device can't recognize by the system because they didn't function properly specially if they are plugged in a USB port who don't have enough supply of power to make them work properly..Hope it may help you..
