Does it continue to work other than the readout or does it go dead?? It sounds to me like a bad solder joint on the readout circuit board. It will take an experienced tech to repair it.

Get some freeze spray and when it starts fading spray the components and see if it comes back. This is an overheating issue and not a battery issue

LCD is way to bright to see. No contrast. Works

Try to see your power managments for setup. If you cannot, see the advance on Display > setting> advance> to see your graphic cards adjustment. (Color Managment)

Motorola razr phone

It sounds like the backlight in he LCD display has gone bad in the phone. Most displays now have an integrated backlight, so the entire display will need to be replaced. Its not considered to be a user replaceable component. Unfortunately, you'll have to take it to be repaired. The fact that you said it was "fading" before it completely went black tells me that it was going bad and about to fail.

Good luck!

Radio shack pro 2067 suddenly not receiving

I had the same problem. I realize this is a little late but I just came across this site. I opend it up and the alum wire connecting the BNC to the mother board was cracked. Iput a dab of solder on it and it was good as new.
Wish I would have found this b4 u tossed it.
