Hi i had the same problem with viewing and sending mms and my provider was unable to help. You need to get the settings from your mobile network provider and then go to: Menu, settings, connection settings, choose whatever provider you are with eg optus, vodafone or whatever.  Enter and save the settings by hitting save. Get back to menu, messages, settings, multimedia message, profile.  Select the same name that you saved the settings under previously. This is how I worked mine out and it works now. Good luck

Can't receive picture messages or send them on my Samsung Tocco Lite

Hi,
I guess you are talking about Multimedia message (MMS) which can be used to send and receive pictures. MMS is a network operator secific features and so please call up your mobile service customer care and request them to activate MMS service to your mobile subscription. Then you need to receive and settings for MMS in your mobile phone. After that you can send and receive MMS. Contact your network operator for the cost of MMS.

I hope this is useful to you.
Thanks

My phone wont send media messages its a samsung eternity

My wouldn't either. I went in to "Menu"- "Messaging"-"Message Settings"- "Multimedia Messaging"- "MMS Profiles". I had 3 choices on the next screen... Since I use AT&T I checked 'AT&T MMS" My other choices were "media Net and AT&T IMS" Media net was checked but after I changed it to "AT&T MMS" I was able to start sending pictures and videos. Hope this helps. ~CherylofTexas~

if you call your network provider, tell them you got this phone but it wont do MMS, they will send you the configeration settings via a text message, then you just simply follow there instructions, only takes like 10 mins from start to finish x

Can't send or receive MMS messages

I work in TSD for ATT , and from multiple cases like this , customer do not know that ATT requires that all PDA phones do require a PDA data package , without this you will not be allowed to send or receive MMS messages.

Samsung U600- WAP and MMS settings for T-Mobile

I have had a similar problem when I first got my unlocked phone. I have T-mobile as well, and once they find out you have a phone device not purchased by them, they are not very helpful - they will give you their default mms settings(same ones listed on their site). I tried those settings and they did not work on the particular unlocked phone I had. I did some extensive web searching and came across a few settings that worked with my phone. I will list them here. Hope they work for you!
