SOURCE: Google Interruption & Hotmail lock out.

Firstly, this is not a problem with google. You have spyware on your computer and it is popping up search engines and other things. This could also be affecting your hotmail account and it is possible that the spyware your computer is infected with swiped your hotmail address and password and has allowed someone to hack your account.

First, you need to make sure you have an active and up to date antivirus installed. If you do not, go to www.grisoft.com and download the free version of AVG 8.0. Install it and update it then run a complete scan and remove whatever it finds. Then you need a spyware scanner. Go to www.lavasoft.com and download the free version of adaware. Install it and update it then remove whatever it finds. This is a step in the right direction to get your computer back to operating normally again.

As far as your hotmail account goes, try and reset the password to your account. If that doesn't work, then contact their support team by email located on their website.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya. Thank you.

Unlock my phone

Unlock as in to use with any provider? You'll need to get a code from an unlocking service. Depending on who your with, your provider may unlock it for you. They most likely will charge you for it and might be more expensive than the others. I wouldn't pay more than $15.

My samsung mobil GT- i9003 is locked

Thank you for providing all the info! Greatly appreciated!!
Now on to a solution. You can try to do a factory reset. You don't need to log into the phone in order to do one. However, this WILL erase everything on your phone, and revert it back to when it was originally purchased. Not sure if the unlock will remain.

To do a factory reset:
1) Turn off your device
2) press the power button and the volume up button simultaneously until it takes you to a new menu.
3)Use the volume keys to navigate, and the power button to select (Exact directions are provided on the screen)
4) Look for an option to "Wipe/Factory reset" (Note: It might be located in a sub menu, and not actually on the first screen.)
5) Select that option and press the designated "OK" button. (usually the power button).
6) Phone will reboot and you should be able to get back in.

Hope this helps!!

Samsung galaxy centura quit unexpectedly with phone calls and internet access.

Try using another sim card in it, if that works, place your current sim in it. If it still doesnt work, ask the phone company for a new sim. You need to eliminate the possibility of a dead sim before dealing with the possibility of a defective handset.

Stuck at the logo of samsung galaxy y

Try a reset. Turn the phone off.
Hold the following 3 buttons at the same time.
- Volume Down
- Menu button under your screen
- Power button

This should bring up a menu with the option to reset your phone.
I forget if it's Volume Down or Volume Up.

One of them will definitely give you the option to reset.

If this does not work it may be an internal memory corruption which I myself experienced. It needs to be sent back to warranty, it took me only 1 week to get my phone back from Samsung when I went to the retail store to return it.

Samsung Galaxy S Stratosphere SCH-I405 Screen Issue

the flexes probably had been damaged by now, stratosphere is not that tough when it comes to water, unlike galaxy s3, you need a technician now for your phone to work, or better yet, look for the nearest samsung service center and bring your phone there.

Hi,

Good day. I''m afraid you might have accidentally got the Operating System of your Samsung Tab corrupted. Im referring to your firmware. Usually if the firmware upgrade failed you need to retry it until it be successful. If you restart it or discontinue the process it will cause your Samsung Tab to be corrupted resulting into failure of the boot up process. You might need to contact samsung tech support for this or bring your equipment to the nearest center. They might need to check the software install and usually their software specialist will fix it for you. Sorry for what happen with your tab but i know the samsung repair center can fix it for you. Hope this information will be helpful to you. Have a great day.

Auto shot off

hi,
have you tried to replace a new battery pack? if you do and still the problem is here ,you have a software problem in your phone ...to fix that your phone needs to flash a new and updated firmware in a certified mobile technician shop..but before you do that and spend a lot of money, try to hard reset your phone...here is how..
To Hard Reset Samsung I9000 Galaxy S
1. Turn the power off. If your Samsung Galaxy S is frozen, pull the battery out and
reinsert it
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and release the Power button
4. You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage,
and Simlock
5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6. Press and release the Power button
7. Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

If the above procedures doesn't work, use this second method below,
1. Shut Down Samsung I9000 Galaxy S
2. Now press the Volume up, Home and Power button together.
3. When Samsung Symbol shows up release the power.
4. Then there is a boot Menu. Use the volume up/down to choose and home to select.
If YES is selected, all data including third-party applications will be deleted from your
Samsung I9000 Galaxy S. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory
fresh state.
