Question about Sharp Aquos LC-37G4U 37 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
The subtitles keep appearing whenever I go back to a channel even when I have selected the option to off and saved my preference . It seems that the subtitle option is set for on as default yet the instruction manual clearly states it should be set as off. Its very annoying having to go through the same procedure to switch them off whenever you switch chanels or turn the TV on
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
