Help pls

I assume you have Vista, I had the same problem asking to upgrade, the phone comes with a setup disk designed for XP and before, logitech have a download for vista users at the following address

After installing this and and doing some reseting my phone works, however in hindsight I would recommend against purchasing this particular phone, as it's sound quality is not as good as I expected.
