I believe that some of the screws are not taken out... try to look at the back in the middle of the keyboard some of the screws are covered by the stickers look on it remove the sticker..

you might have to uninstall your keyboard restart your computer then reinstall it
try blowing out all of the dust from your keyboard using a fine air blower from an air compressor making VERY sure there is no MOISTURE in the lines.
dust causes static which causes lots of problems with a computer and its parts
click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboards you might see a yellow exclamation or question mark or red x you will need to update driver right click to update driver
make sure the usb device is inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable)
if your computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it
