There are two ways to go about this. You can either Blue Tooth your printer direct which you will have to enable Blue Tooth connectivity on your printer in the set up menu. The other way is to run it through your router. For that you need to run a data cable from your printer to your router. Once that is connected you can install your printer using the Devices Setup Page in your control panel. There is also an add a printer option as well.

Make Epson Photo RX620 print wirelessly

This model printer has only an USB connection.
It is possible to print wireless by connecting the printer to your computer and sharing your printer on your network that is connected to a wireless router.
OR connecting your printer to a wireless router that has an USB port for connecting a printer.

I have bought an Epson Artisan 835 printer & can't get it to connect wirelessly to a Billion Router (BiPAC 7300G).This router is connected wirelessly to my i-Mac. I currently have the printer...

1) Please check your router setup whether it does not allow Wireless devices to ping against each other;
2) If it does not allow to ping (communicate) with each other, please disable it first.
3) Then please check your Epson wireless setup whether the DHCP function is enabled; if not, please enable it;
4) Please also input your network gateway, sub-net mask correctly into the Epson printer, otherwise the wireless communication with your network will not work.
5) Then switch off your printer and turn on again to recognize the new settings; and it should work

Can the epson R220 print wireless

It can't print wirelessly with the native hardware. It has a USB 1.1 connection. You may be able to find a print server that can connect to a wireless router. However, you will need to check the specifications. Some print servers will only work with select printers or OS combinations.

The specifications for the R220 are here: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/consumer/consDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Specs&oid=58654761&category=Products .

I hope this helps.

Cindy Wells
(note since this is an older printer with a USB 1.1 connection, you can expect the printer to be slow with a wireless connection. If your signal strength drops, you may need to reboot everything (computer, print server, router and printer).)

Can the Epson CX6000 printer be connected wirelessly? Epson says no!

By itself the answer is NO. You would need to add a print server to your wireless router. They are not that expensive. See these links.
http://forums.techguy.org/networking/572205-how-connect-usb-printer-wireless.html and
http://www.wirelessforums.org/alt-internet-wireless/how-connect-usb-printer-linksys-wireless-router-2483.html
Then decide if it is worthwhile.

Please return and give me a favorable rating if this helped.

Epson sx510w prints using a cable but can't get it to print wireless

The specs for your model Epson allows you to connect the you network by wireless and by LAN cable.

The specs are as follows :-
Wi-Fi Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g – compatible with 802.11n*
*Transmission rate will be limited to 802.11g and will operate in the 2.4 GHz frequency band
Ethernet Wired LAN IEEE 802.3 (100BASE-TX, 10BASE-T)
Other PictBridge
Wireless security
WEP – 64bit
WEP – 128bit
WPA – PSK (TKIP) – compliant with WPA2
WPA – PSK (AES) – compliant with WPA2

To connect the printer by a LAN cable you need to configure the Epson for an IP address that suits your network configuration and connect the LAN cable to your wireless router/hub.

The reason why you cannot print using wireless is because the wireless configuration in the Epson is not setup with the router's wireless configuration ie. SSID WPA encryption etc.

For instructions of setting up a LAN network printer, please click on this link and follow my instructions :-
http://www.fixya.com/support/r3668797-setting_up_shared_network_printer

For instructions on setting up a wireless printer, the Epson wireless settings need to be configured with the router's wireless settings. Go into your router's wireless and note the SSID, and encryption settings etc and configure the Epson's wireless settings with the router's wireless settings. This will allow the Epson to connect to the wireless router. Please click on this link for instructions to secure your wireless network, configure the wireless router (if you have not already do so) and configure the wireless card in the computers and wireless printer (the instructions for configuring the wireless card in the printer is the same as for the wireless card in the computers via the printer's menu screen).

Hooking up Epson Artisan 800 to wireless. Get all

You must set both devices to the same encrypryption protocol, WEP or WPA. That being said, I had to setup my router using WEP - the printer refused to connect via WPA. Good luck.
