Copier service manuals can be purchased from www.justmanuals.com.They are a pay site but seem to be reasonable.Good Luck

You can take out the toner cartridge and shake it (slowly) from left to right and put it back in and see if that clears the message for a while. If it doesn't... well, you'll just have to put in another cartridge, because it's probably empty.

Try the web. Just google the brand and model number and type the particular manual of interest to you (operational or service etc...). You will be directed on what to do further.
