Connect your speakers on to the power wall socket and check by touching on the lead which you have to insert into the pc.If you hear some sound then your speakers are ok. after that insert it into the PC.Reinstall the sound driver . I think there is some driver problem

if you can hear sound using earphones your speakers should have no problem playing. Make sure the green wire is into ur computer and the on switch is turned on and volume is increased on the knob.

We connected our z 5300 speaker to a new computer. and get no. sound. Is there a driver that needs to be installed. the last computer no longer works.

Did you open your speaker ICON and check to see that you don't have the audio muted? I have seen a lot of customers complain that their NEW speakers don't work but they have their audio set to mute.

Hi, Have Logitech USB Handheld Mic for PC/MAC. m/n E-UR20 MAC recognized it but there isn't any sound. Thank you!

Probably need to enable it in control panel

Using a microphone with computer

To use any microphone with your computer you will need to enable it in control panel. The following instructions are for Windows XP but are broadly similar for Vista and Win7

Click START, CONTROL PANEL, SOUNDS & AUDIO DEVICES

Click VOICE

In Sounds & Audio Devices Properties window locate SOUND PLAYBACK box. Click the VOLUME button. Make sure that there is not a check-mark in the MUTE box against microphone in the list of devices and that the volume slider is at the top of the scale.

Make sure the MUTE ALL box isn't checked before closing the window.

Now click the VOLUME button in the SOUND RECORDING BOX. Here SELECT microphone as an input source for recording (as opposed to un-checking mute in the playback controls).

NOTE if your microphone is not listed in the 2 sets of volume controls click OPTIONS, PROPERTIES on the tool-bar and place a check against microphone in the list entitled 'show the following volume controls' and then click OK. Same applies for Internal mic.

That should be it.

To adjust audio volume generally.

Under VOLUME tab adjust Device Volume as necessary. Also (under Loudpeaker Settings) click Speaker Volume and adjust slider to suit.

You might put a check mark in the box to show the volume control on the Task Bar so you can go straight to it to make adjustments in the future.

I don't have any CD or Driver of Logitech R 10 Speakar, So please tell what can i do?

I can help you with your logitech R10 speaker problem.

The Logitech R10 speakers do not ship with drivers. Please refer to the R10 Speaker setup guide which you can download direct from Logitech.

Your sound card may require drivers to be re-installed. Check where your speakers are plugged into, (line level rather than speaker preferred) and check your Control Panel > Sounds settings to make sure it is not muted and selected correctly.

I hope that helps.
