WS-X4596 need a repair manual for fan replacement

mostly projectors is the light should be replace cause it wont send more high definition.thanks

i believe i staed ina similiar case that you seem to be having a over heating of the circuit chips on the mother board. are the cooling fans in the set running.

The DM capacitors need to be replaced. Heres a link to the DM kit for your model which contains the replacement capacitors and instructions with pictures that show how to do the repair.

Its very frustrating when we think we have something fixed and then forget to do something or hook something up wrong to only make what seemed like a simple repair much more complex...Here are a couple manuals if you don't have them that will help..Not sure if the last are the same as your TV but thought I would post them all in case they are...Good luck!

you need to get Service (repair) manual for your TV Mitsubishi WS-65809 and its available at THIS site on fee.
service manual has all necessary details of tv.

You can get the V23 DM repair kit at the following link which has the replacement capacitors and the instalation instructions on Cd which has pictures of the repair. Its listed under the repair kit category.

You need the DM repair kit if your power light is blinking and doesnt stop. Go to this link and look under the catagory section on the left side and click on repair kits. You need the V23 DM kit . It has the replacement parts , plus the detailed instructions with pictures and the full service manual and schematics manual on CD and it cost less than you can find just the service manual anywhere else. It s a Power supply problem.If you are not familiar with electronic repairs take it to an authorized repair shop.
