How to grease

WD-40 makes a spray for this. It will say WD-40 Electrical contact cleaner spray. Should be able to get this at a parts store or at Walmart.

Disconnect all terminals & clean them making sure there are no stray wires.
The solenoid could be stuck which some times if you give it a sharp tap it may rectify the problem.
When reassembling put a small amount of grease on each one.
If this fails it sounds like you starter needs replacing.
