It will eventually power off when the Battery gets to low. To reboot, just press the power on button until the apple logo appears. If the battery is to low, that won't happen until you charge it back up. Good luck.

SOURCE: Hi, My NPR app for my

I would reccomend reinstalling the NPR app on your iPad. Connect the iPad to your computer and deselect the app to uninstall. Resync the device and allow the NPR app to be removed. Then disconnect and reconnect the iPad and relect the NPR app and resync.

If this fails and the iPad still freezes, try restoring the iPad with iTunes. You can use a backup of the iPad to restore once the software is installed and all your apps and data will be restored. Only try this if the first solution does not work.

Rebooting is easy. It is called a hard reboot. Just hold both buttons down until you see a red slider, and then slide it to shut down. It will restart, and you will see the Apple logo.

My IPad Settings site is stuck or frozen

Are you able to do a hard reset (power it off and back on again)? This may reset the issue.

Apple iPad 2 16 wifi has a frozen message on the screen and I cant use it. Message says ''Not enough storage" with options to 'close' or 'settings' but neither responds.

Hold down the power/sleep and the home buttons until you see a white Apple logo in the center of the screen and then releases both buttons. If it allows you to operate the iPad at this point, go right to work deleting apps to free up some space!

My nexus 7 tablet wont leave the start up screen. I tried a hard reboot but it gets stuck on that screen

see the steps and fix it. God bless you

Corrupted software

It isn't often that Apple gives specific directions about how to fix your problem! Restoring the iPad will erase everything on it, so make sure everything on the iPad is stored elsewhere prior to restoring. To restore, connect your iPad to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed. When your iPad appears under the devices menu, click the restore option under the summary tab. If you haven't backed up your data already, choose the back up option from the pop up window. Click the restore button to restore your Touch to factory spec.

Bad logic board

If attempting to restore the iPad and diagnosing does not fix the problem, the issue is probably the logic board.

IPad shows blank black screen & won't turn off ~ how do I fix?

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
